group:basis is currently in its fourth year of continuous service. Many of our relationships with our clients go back years prior to founding the company.

We are delighted to provide references to potential clients.

Our firm presently provides hosting for multiple SAP systems for our partners and clients. We can provide installation, hosting, and maintenance as a complete service at very affordable price points.

We are located in a “rust belt” Midwest location that is inexpensive compared with some of the higher growth areas of the nation. This allows us to leverage lower prices for our infrastructure and living costs.

We are happy to be on-site for project kickoffs, face-to-face meetings, and occasional client needs.

Contracted clients may call our toll-free 1-877 number and our off-hours answering service will contact the on-call consultant. Typical response time averages 15 minutes.

We excel at knowledge transfer. Your staff can watch our work via web-sharing of our desktops and ask us questions real-time.

Most of our clients have some excellent internal resources in addition to our services. We collaborate with our clients constantly and have done it for years.

We do provide support for many of the common SAP partner suites such as tax software (including Vertex and BSI) or EDI programs. Due to our large base of clients with widely varying environments, we have acquired expertise in a spectrum of third-party software products. If necessary, we’ll send one of our employees to training at our own expense to develop the expertise should you absolutely require support in that area.

None, and no plans to do it in the future.

We can easily fix-bid installations, hardware migrations, upgrades, and Basis-only work. We have an extensive methodology to control costs and ensure success and have a long track record of success with referencerable projects that we delivered on-time and on-budget.

Not usually. We put forward our best price. For our contracted clients, we do provide preferred quotes on out-of-scope efforts or new projects for two reasons: first, we are able to work efficiently in an environment we already know, and second, preferred pricing gives us an opportunity to acknowledge the relationship we've built with our client.

No, we focus solely on Basis & Netweaver-related work. We have functional and programming partners we highly recommend who we can put you in touch with. Please contact us for more information.

We're often asked, "What is Basis?" And our answer is always the same, a made up term by SAP.

Fundamentally, though, Basis is the technical infrastructure of your SAP implementation, including matters pertaining to the system, to databases, to functional modules, to Enterprise Resource Planning itself, and to anything else that may otherwise somehow fall through the cracks.

Hence, our job as Basis Administrators includes being quick on our feet and knowing a lot about a lot, in order to keep your technical infrastructure up and running smoothly and efficiently.
