Joey Hirao is co-founder of group:basis and co-author of SAP R/3 Administration for Dummies. A former Arthur Anderson consultant, Mr. Hirao has worked as a Basis Team Leader and as a technical trainer for some of the largest SAP implementations across the globe. He holds a BA in Economics and Business from UCLA and enjoys surfing when not tuning the performance of SAP systems.
